Ok soooo I did Jackie sourdough enthusiast on tik tok lmfao My cousin got me to the point of putting it in the fridge where I left it for 2 almost 3 days before baking so that’s where he BLEW up. She was a great teacher prior to that.

25 g 100 g 100 g To starter the night before

Heated filtered water 750g Bread flour 100g 200g starter she took one loaf I took other.

So I mixed it all, let it sit on counter for an hour with a damp towel on top 4 series of stretch and folds every 30 min. First two was the pull over the second two were coil folds. Sat for an hour with towel and did candy cane shaping (it was SOOO sticky help) another hour did that again Rice floured the bettetton bowl. Covered with a lunch lady hairnet type of thing. Overnight left it in the fridge

Next am preheated oven, put it on parchment. Scored it with a regular knife that was tough. 20 min with lid at 450. 20 min without lid at 400

I have never heard of “candy cane shaping” but that does not look shaped in any way at all. That’s good! Shaping is a thing you can work on.

I’m sure it tastes great but I think your main issue is shaping. Maybe look up some videos on how to shape

Okay, I was wondering what is the worst looking loaf of bread that is still probably edible and I think I just saw it.

As to tasting, yes, this is a lesson I learned a long time ago. No matter how bad it looks, don’t give up and bake it properly. It will probably be delicious.

  4. It could be the ugliest loaf you’ve ever seen….. and I’d still try it! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Sure. But can we talk about the penis in the background first?
