    Very nice, but you should avoid capperi or oregano with fiordilatte

    Which Vigevano have you used? I love this flour, I have tried many (Caputo, Petra, Polselli, Pizzuti, Dalla Giovanna) and this so far has been the second best. Light, easy to work, amazing flavour and can push it with the hydration.
