

Long time lurker, first time poster.
Wanted to share my first two loaves, made in my new bread oven. I’ve never used a Dutch/Bread oven before for my bread baking, but what a game changer!
The white loaf was made with my standard recipe, the rye loaf was made with a 5 day fermented poolish.
