40ish lbs. Making chili crisp with about half of these. I have 12 jars and a 2 gal bucket of a previous batch of red jalapenos fermenting. What else would you make that doesn't take up a lot of space or very many other ingredients?
Can anyone help identity them for me? See pic 2.

Top might be aji rico, are they medium spicy and citrusy with a good crunch?
You can remove the stems, blend into mash and freeze. Takes up less space and will be safe til you decide what to do with them later.
