I don’t really want to have to fire up Koda. Anyone tried an air-fryer?

In a pizza oven if whole, in a frying pan as slices if not.

Slices go face down on a plate. 30 seconds per slice in the microwave, and rest for the same amount of time after to allow the heat to distribute. Without flipping, toss the plate under the broiler for ~2 minutes to crisp the crust, then flip and broil the cheesy side for another minute. Perfect reheating every time.

The reason for microwaving the slices cheese side down is to allow the steam which is generated to do something useful (goes back into the cheese and sauce), rather than steaming the underside of the crust. Ergo, the toppings and topping side of the crust get reheated with steam, while the underside of the crust does not get additional moisture introduced and stays dry. Letting the slices rest after microwaving lets the steam condense again, preventing adherence when you flip it. Broiler is just a quick way to add a little dry heat to round it out, but toaster oven or air fryer will do the same job.

Yo just throw your pizza stone in your oven, crank the oven as high as it goes, put your slices on the stone. Done in like 2-3 minutes.

The airfryer is the best if you already had it cut in slices. 2-3 mins 3-4 slices per round and is perfect.

Usually just reheat it on a baking steel if needed.

Frying pan for slices. Heat it up, put it in, add water, put lid on.

Honestly they come out so good like this

air fryer is the closest thing to fresh for me. I worked at a new york style pizza place and they would heat slices in the oven. Sometimes it gets a little overcooked that way though. My favorite was fresh from the oven

    I don’t, as I prefer cold pizza.

Oven, convection, max temp for few minutes until the mozzarella melts again. Perfectly crispy
