Not new to baking or to Reddit but new to Breadit! If I had to pick my signature bake, this would have to be it. Milk buns made with tangzhong so they stay fresh and soft for days. Pictured here the bake for Thanksgiving with the in-laws two years ago where I had to make enough for 20 people PLUS there was a demand for leftovers so people could take home. I decided to double the batch in one go and risked my kitchenaid motor with over 2kgs of dough. Not the smartest but they turned out and the mixer is still alive!
