2 सुखी लाल मिर्ची (Dry Red Chilli)
1 प्याज़ (onion)
2 मीडियम टमाटर (Tamato)
1 छोटा हल्दी पाउडर (Turmaric Powder)
1 छोटे लाल मिर्ची पाउडर (Red Chilli Powder)
1 छोटा चम्मच धनिया पाउडर (coriander powder)
नमक स्वादानुसार (Salt)

Hello everyone, welcome to my channel. Welcome to Rashmi Lahare Kitchen. So in today’s recipe, I have brought the recipe of pumpkin leaf vegetable. The leaves of pumpkin are very beneficial for our body . So we must eat pumpkin leaves. So today I have brought the recipe of this. There are many dishes made from pumpkin leaves to its fruit and flower. Like pakodas are made from the flowers of pumpkin leaves. Pakodas are also made from its leaves. And in West Bengal , pumpkin leaves are mixed with any type of vegetables and made, which is very delicious to eat. So friends, I will also share a recipe of Bengali food with you . You must try that recipe in a few days. Here you can see that I have taken the leaves of the pumpkin in this way and in this way we will take out its fibers because we will take out the hard fibers and we do not need to take out the fibers of the soft stems . So in this way we will take out the fibers of all the leaves and wash it very well and chop it very finely. As you can see in the video friends. So you can see the leaves. In this way I have chopped them finely and kept them. And with this we will mix and make pumpkin. So I have cut both of them in thick pieces like this. So now we will take a pan. We will put refined oil in it and add whole garlic or you can also add it after crushing it. Along with this we will add dry red chillies which are spicy, you can add them or you can also add thick ones. So here you can see that as soon as the garlic and chilli crackle well, it will be roasted. The colour of garlic will change a little, then we will put all the pumpkin leaves in it and fry the leaves well and cover it. Cook it in full flame for at least 5 minutes and cook it covered in such a way that it becomes very soft and the leaves become soft very quickly. So in 5 minutes the leaves have become very soft. So now we will put the pumpkin in it. So you can see the pumpkin. In this way I have cut it thickly and will not put it in the beginning. Otherwise the pumpkin becomes soft very quickly. It will melt. So it will mix completely. So we will not get the taste of the food. So now we will add salt according to taste. After adding salt, mix it well and cook it in full to medium flame for 5 minutes by covering it well. So 5 to 7 minutes have passed and here you can see that we are checking by removing the lid . So the pumpkin is half cooked. So what will we do now? We will mix it well again and now we will add two finely chopped tomatoes to it. And we will cover the tomatoes in such a way that they become soft very quickly. To make this recipe, we will reduce the quantity of tomatoes a little. And here we have already added salt. So the tomatoes will become soft very quickly. As you can see in the video. In just two-4 minutes, the tomatoes have become very soft. So we will mix the tomatoes well again . And now we will add basic spices like turmeric powder, hot red chili powder, coriander powder. And to make this recipe, we do not have to work hard at all and it is prepared by making absolutely basic spices. There is no need of whole spices to make it. It is a very simple recipe but it is neither very tasty to eat nor is it very beneficial for health. So what will we do now? We will add some water in this recipe so that the spices get mixed well with the vegetables . So what will we do now? We will cover it again with a lid for at least 5 minutes and will keep the flame very low so that the water and texture of this gets soaked well. So after 5 minutes you can see that our vegetable is completely ready and the pumpkin has become very soft. So here you can see that it has not become messy at all, the pumpkin and the leaves are completely separate and crisp. So here you can see that we will turn off the gas flame and we will plate it quickly. So friends now It is the season of gooseberry and the gooseberry chutney with this gourd vegetable is very tasty to eat. So you can simply see in the video.
