I was craving what I can only describe as "brown flavors," especially graham cracker. I gave this recipe a go, adding about 1/8 tsp cinnamon. Mixed in about 1/2 cup Nutter Butter cookie chunks at the end and layered the icecream with another ~2/3 cup cookies and homemade ganache in the container. Turned out very good 🤤
