I love sashimi I find fish tends to get more fishy the more you cook it. I found that out with tuna first I don’t eat salmon raw. I do have one sushi roll that does have raw salmon that I love but I love sashimi. I think it has a very nice texture and taste. It’s delicate and not fishy. This looks beautiful so far I think that’s octopus back there. I can’t eat those. They’re too smart.
