Made with the Ooni, then put it in the oven om 100 degrees. Dough gets a little bit tough. Any tips to prevent this?

    I don’t know why but it really bugs me / gives me anxiety having all your pizzas spread out on what looks to be your entertainment shelf. Plus the fact that they’re all on wooden boards and there’s no plates or napkins in sight. I have no idea why I even cared enough to write this comment either. But your pizza looks really good dude Cheers. 

    Edit: But I can give you some advice. Tough dough is because of too much gluten usually due to overworking the dough or not enough hydration. But you’re really going to have to post your dough recipe and what you did if you want advice that will be more specific. Otherwise trial and error mate.
