✅ Slow Cooker Roast Chicken
Ingredients:
• 1 whole chicken (approx. 1.5–2 kg)
• 2 tbsp MasterFoods Tuscan Herb Blend (or Italian herb mix)
• 1 tbsp sweet paprika
• 1 tsp salt
• 1–2 tbsp olive oil
• Extra salt & pepper, to season
Optional extras:
• ½ onion, halved
• ½ lemon, halved
• 3 garlic cloves, halved

Method:
1️⃣ Mix Tuscan herbs, paprika, salt and olive oil into a paste.
2️⃣ Pat chicken dry. Optional: stuff cavity with onion, garlic and lemon.
3️⃣ Rub seasoning over the chicken, top and underside.
4️⃣ Place in slow cooker. Season with extra salt & pepper.
5️⃣ Cook on LOW 8 hrs or HIGH 4 hrs, until juicy and tender.
6️⃣ Optional: Finish in a 200°C oven for 5-10 mins for crispy skin.
7️⃣ Serve with veggies, mash and gravy. Leftovers = lunchbox gold!
