Sunday grill day 🔥!
Chicken kebabs 🍢 (boneless skinless thighs marinated in lemon juice and zest, garlic, olive oil, paprika, turmeric, cumin, coriander) and a colorful Greek salad 🥗 with a whole wheat pita on the side (not pictured).
For appetizers, we had some leftover ceviche 🐟 that I served over a nest of zucchini "carpaccio". My husband gave me a Michelin star ⭐️ for that one 😉.
