1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage (mild or spicy)
1 cup chopped bell peppers (any color)
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup low-carb pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded provolone or cheddar cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and brown the ground beef and Italian sausage, breaking up clumps until cooked through.
Add the chopped bell peppers and sliced mushrooms; stir in Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until fragrant. Pour in the low-carb pizza sauce and mix well; let it simmer for about five minutes.
Layer half of the meat mixture in the baking dish, sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and provolone/cheddar cheese, then add the remaining meat mixture on top.
Finish by topping with the remaining cheese blend and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

The picture looks like it has pepperoni, you didn’t mention pepperoni in your recipe or preparation.
