What you need:
French baguette, slice thinly then spray/brush with avocado or olive oil before baking at 400F for 10 minutes
Peach bruschetta:
4-5 Roma tomatoes
1-2 peaches
Handful of basil
1/2 clove of garlic, minced or grated
1/4 tsp each salt & pepper
Fresh grated parm
Honey, extra virgin olive oil, and balsamic vinegar or glaze to taste
