    so:

    – very bad looking burrata, it looks grainy , but maybe it’s just the pic.
    anyway you don’t want to spoil the flavour of a burrata with another grated cheese.
    [ Tip for next time: maybe grate some provolone on top, squeeze a fresh mozzarella over it, and finish with two generous smears of gorgonzola… you’ll see what flavor really means, Master Chef! /s]

    – burrata on pasta is a gordon ramsey thing: a random act of nonsense and ignorance.
    [PRO TIP: next time try with pineapple: if it’s good on a pizza that has basically the same ingredient… why not pasta? at the end of the day it’s all about what you like huh? /s ]

    – free the basil.
    you all cook it, fry it or use it as a decoration.
    [ tip: next time boil it. /s ]
