Ingredients:

For the Tuna Tapenade:

– 1 (5 oz) can of high-quality tuna in oil, drained and flaked
– 1/3 cup Tahini
– 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
– 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and drained
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon basil paste
-1 teaspoon thyme
– 1 freshly squeezed lemon juice
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– Herbs; Dill and Parsley
– black pepper to taste

For the Crostini:

– 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 °C).
2. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick rounds and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 7 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
3. In a food processor, combine the tuna, olives, capers, garlic, parsley , thyme, Dill and Lemon zest Process until smooth.
4.add in the olive oil and lemon juice and mix again
5. Season the tapenade with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve the tuna tapenade on toasted crostini and garnish with fresh dill, lemon zest, pumpkin seeds and olive oil
