Ingredients:
• 3 ½ liters water – for boiling the spaghetti
• 350 grams spaghetti
• 2 tbsp. of sea salt
• 3 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
• 700 g shrimp
• 4 garlic cloves, chopped
• ½ cup of Italian parsley, chopped
• ½ cup of white wine
• ¼ teaspoon white pepper
• 1 tsp. of lemon zest
• 1 chili pepper, chopped
Instructions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the chopped garlic and sauté just until fragrant and lightly golden—avoid browning to keep the flavor sweet and mellow.
