
Healthy food can taste so good man. This was amazing . Pancakes could definitely be made lower in calories but I wanted carbs pre gym workout so increased the amount of oats I used.
150 grams mashed pumpkin
100 grams egg whites
50 grams oat flour (blend rolled oats)
Made about 7 big fluffy pancakes
Also added cinnamon and microwaved berries on the side.
Creami is just 100 g Greek yogurt, 100ml almond milk, half a scoop Protien powder and 50 grams berries
