Recently got a pizza stone. This thing has done wonders for my pizza!
Bought the dough from a local pizzeria, but everything else was homemade! Cooked in a normal oven at °550 on a stone.

You make your own cheese AND salami? That’s awesome! I do plant tomatoes and some other vegetables, and have made some charcuterie. Using the stuff you make is marvelous.

That, kind Redditor, is a cooling rack, not a pizza stone. Regardless, good job on the pizza!

I want to make note of an important step – i always prebake the dough in the over in a pizza pan with holes on the bottom, for no more than a few minutes. this gives it the shape and i can easily slide it onto the stone from the cutting board after i put all the toppings on

I’ve cooked with 500 to 700° gas ovens but nothing beats a wood Stone oven. Seriously you cook everything in like 2-3 minutes it’s amazing what that thousand degrees
