Cooked in a slow cooker on low for 6 hours then shredded and cooked on broil for 7 minutes.
I probably could have done longer on the broil or at the very least mixed it some more.

Recipe used:

In slow cooker I put some lard and let it melt. Then added seasoned pork butt (cumin, black pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, Spanish smoked paprika, and Mexican oregano). Squeezed some orange and lime. Added the squeezed orange, onion, and garlic.

After cooking for 6 hours I shredded the pork. Then spooned on some of the juices and popped into the broil.

Any advice for future making or fun other ideas to serve outside of tacos.
