Inspired by the snake cake someone shared during lunar new years here's my brothers birthday cake I made. I will never do this again as it was so time consuming but it turned out silly and I love it lol.

How did you get the snake shape? Did you have a pan or did you carve it? It looks great!

Looks amazing. For reference, you can get a similar result by baking several cakes in ring tins, cutting and assembling. The final snake won’t be as rounded, but it’s quicker for a (somewhat) similar result.

Edit: I think store-bought chocolate roll / Swiss roll would work too. Not trying to rain on OPs parade, just putting it out there for the those of us who are time / attention poor!!
