I live in Kagawa, so I have nearly constant access to great udon. I’m always hot, so I go for cold udon most of the year—usually niku bukkake—but I’ll switch to curry udon in winter. Or shippoku udon.

I live in a cold place so I always prefer hot. But if I had to spend summers in Japan I’d probably prefer cold!
