🍯🍇🥗 Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette – the best salad dressings are made from home with simple, clean ingredients you probably already have on hand.

This dressing gets perfectly emulsified in the blender and thanks to a little Dijon mustard, it doesn’t separate in the fridge. Plus, it makes a fantastic marinade.

Ingredients

– ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
– ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar (from Modena if possible)
– 1 tbsp honey
– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
– 2 cloves garlic, grated
– ½ tsp dried oregano
– ½ tsp each salt and freshly cracked black pepper, or more to taste

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small blender and blend until smooth, creamy and emulsified
You can also whisk everything together in a bowl or add the ingredients to a mason jar or container and shake for 20-30 seconds, but blended dressings have the best texture
