i was thinking around ~770 cals. it was tagliatelle with tomato sauce that had stewed onion in it, and there was also pecorino Romano on top. the second photo shows the cheese stirred into the pasta. lmk if it looks higher or lower!

    I think 770 is a bit high.

    Even going for a high estimate let us say it is
    2.5 cups of pasta
    1/2 cup pasta sauce
    1 oz romano cheese

    that is still 634 cals

    That said, it is difficult to tell how oily the sauce is. Stewed onion doesn’t have many cals, but oil does.

    Doing another variation it could be
    2 cups pasta
    1/2 cup pasta sauce
    1 oz romano
    1/4 cup sauteed onion
    1 tblsp olive oil

    total 689 cals

    Unless the dish was really oily, you can go with 700 to be safe…
