I was minding my business buying vodka and mushrooms and short rib and literally the most beautiful lady I've met in at least five years asked if i was making a mushroom sauce so it got stuck in my head and I learned a thing (I promise that I made a proportional amount of mushroom sauce but i ate one of the meats when it was coming together)
