I grilled this over an open oak wood fire. Came out so crispy and juicy with a very pleasent smokey perfume.

Paired with grilled brocolinni and chili sauce, corn, and ember baked potatoes.

A note on the wings — there's not a great butcher near me. The one available couldn't understand why I'd want to pay for bones… and they have this "tradition" of including the wings with the breast.
