Okay so I actually love these ones but I don't get why it's so confusing to read? I don't really believe that these would be 50 calories and I've weighed it every time and after cooking in the microwave it's around 180g, so would that make it like 79 x 1.8 = 142 calories per pack right?? That still seems low but idk, I've always logged it as like 150 to be safe but could it be higher??

Typically two servings in one
It’s based on the dry weight. Cooking just adds water, not calories…. so 140–150 per pack is right even if it weighs 180g after.
It says 100g *as prepared* is 79cal. This pack has 70g noodles and the instructions say to add 300ml of water, so the whole thing weighs 370g prepared. So it should have 79*3.7=292.3 calories for the package.
I think the “this pack contains 1 serving” is an error. Or the “per serving” amounts is incorrectly using the prepared weight rather than the dry weight.
Adding water won’t increase the calories. So it should be as in the nutrition label (if it’s correct)
Omg this is worse than canned beans 😭😭
