It’s WAY too much work for what you get. Just put the meat and cheese in the crust and layer ingredients on the pizza, but the idea is ok

The stuffed burrito crust is a solid idea, a lot of this looks like it’d be real good, but he took it a little too far with the burrito main ingredient. It’d taste a lot better to layer that last burrito out so each bite has a bit of everything. Then add a tortilla on top to “seal” it in.
