Inspired by street food style, packed with flavor – and super easy 👨🏼🍳
🔹 Ingredients:
_ Ground meat
_ Onion
_ Red kapia pepper
_ Parsley
_ Lavash bread
_ Black pepper
_ Sumac
_ Paprika
_ Salt
_ Fresh lemon juice
🔹 Ingredients needed for the sauce:
_ Butter
_Tomato paste
_ Water
_ Salt
📢 Recipe:
🥩 Mix ground meat with 🌶️ red pepper, 🧅 onion, 🌿 parsley, 🧄 garlic puree, 🌸 sumac, and 🍋 lemon juice.
🥖 Layer lavash bread and meat, about 5 layers, finishing with meat on top.
🔪 Cut into strips, flip, line them up, and insert skewers. Slice between skewers.
🔥 Bake at 200°C for 40 minutes.
🧈 Brush with quick butter-tomato sauce, then bake again.
🍅🌶️🧅 Serve with grilled tomato, pepper, and onion-parsley mix.
For the sauce, just mix everything together and stir on low heat for about 3 minutes until it’s nice and smooth. 👨🏼🍳
While the kebabs are grilling, brush them with the sauce 2 to 3 times and pop them back in the oven each time for extra flavor🍅
