  1. I will always love the basic Tabasco, even if some people think it’s TOO basic. But their other sauces are really objectively good. Their habanero sauce has sweet/fruity notes to it, too, and I’d put it up against just about anything else I’ve tried. If you’re looking for high, high heat, the Tabasco scorpion is really great.

I’ve been curious about this one. So far the hottest sauce I’ve tried is the garlic reaper (fucking love it). Can anyone let me know if this is more or less hot than that?

It’s way too hot for me but it does have a great flavor.

  4. Yep I was really surprised with how much heat it packs. A few drops is plenty on food.

Solid game changer right there. This one upped my heat index quite a bit

Thre drap per every other bit of food is my perfect ratio with this sauce

  7. It baffles me how so many people like this. Nice heat level, but tastes like battery acid.

  8. BrainwashedScapegoat

I never expected it to be so sweet

What if I hate Tabasco? I tried the habanero and it still tasted like Tabasco so I tossed it. Does this taste like Tabasco?

Scorpion chilies were not bred for flavor, it was strictly bred for heat. This definitely isn’t the best tasting sauce. Some people are just happy with sauce that makes them sweat, I want sauce that compliments the food it goes on.
Got burnt out taking spicy food challenges at events and restaurants eating shitty tasting wings or ramen.

Atleast the Habanero has that “fruit” taste to it. But yeah i like the Scorpion Pepper for any gratinated cheese 🙂

I find it has a good amount of heat, but the taste is just meh.
