Been experimenting with alll kinds of pickles to amp up flavor and volume, as well as no/low cal add ins to Greek yogurt/ kwark to jazz up dipping sauce.

Here’s 160g (cooked weight) of chicken, 200g of atjar (Indian pickles) bulked with another 50g fresh cabbage, and a 65/55g Greek yogurt/kwark mix with lime juice, chunky garlic salt (like a mix of maldon and dehydrated garlic bits) and plenty of fresh cracked pepper.

Really great flavor and macro profile!
