  1. – 1 LB lump crab meat
    – 1/2 cup mayo
    – 1 large egg
    – 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    – 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    – 1 tsp old bay seasoning
    – 1/4 cup chopped parsley
    – 1/2 cup bread crumbs
    – Cajun seasoning to taste or salt & pep

    The Sauce

    – 1 cup mayo
    – 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    – Juice of half a lemon
    – 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    – 2 – 4 tbsp of you favourite hot sauce
    – 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
    – 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
    – 1/4 tbsp smoked paprika
    – 1 tbsp minced capers
    – 1 clove of garlic minced
