Seems everyone is sharing their sushi boat experience. As a full time consultant, my company is happy to pay for lunch when I take the client out, as it improves client relations and relationships. One of my favorite lunches is to take them out for a sushi boat, assuming they’re ok with sushi since most are. Nothing quite as grand as being presented with this at lunch. Good eats!

It all looks terrific, but the unagi nigiri on the end of the boat really caught my eye. It looks luscious and juicy. Thanks for sharing this with us.
