Home made ‘tteokbokki’. I threw in fish cakes, onions, tteok and some leftover hot dogs. The good ones too from Costco I’m no barbarian

Toss some green onions and it’ll make your tteokbokki look fabulous

The sauce looks a bit loose, but nothing a bit of reducing couldn’t fix
    Other than that, looks great

Idk looks good enough to me. I would absolutely demolish this.

If you have mil-tteok available in your place, you should try it! I find it absorbs the sauce better. I would also sprinkle some leaks or spring onions for falvor and color. Although this already looks good as it is!
