Recipe ingredients:
Moong Masoor Toor dal – 3/4th cup each
Spices – Pepper – 2 tsp, Cumin 1.5 tsp, mustard seeds – 1.5 tsp, Red whole Chili – 4, Salt to taste, Turmeric – 1.5 tsp, Curry leaves – 15
Salad – Onion Fresh Coriander Green Chili
Lime & Butter
Note : Roast on slow flame until colour turns darker. Add spices later. Let curry leaves dry out.
Sift before jarring.
Use hot boiling water rest for a minute or 2.
Enjoy.
