This Konjac jelly claims to be 3 calories, but the "nutrition facts" (left side) says has 10g carbs and 0.4g protein. I always thought protein and carbs were 4 calories per gram, so wouldn't this be atleast 40 calories?
But then I saw the "nutritional information"(right side) and that has different numbers?? I'm very confused on why there are two labels that say different things? Is it because it was made in Korea? Do carbs not exist in Korea?
I know the FDA lets companies round up or down but it's pretty weird that they put such a specific number on the packaging, and they have specific numbers for all the flavors too. Blueberry claims to be 2 calories?? Never thought a stupid jelly would have me ranting 3 paragraphs but here we are.

It looks like the 10g is for the sugar alcohol (erythritol) which is basically 0 cal. Idk the specifics of why they list that under carbs
The nutrition info on the right side says the same thing if you look at the per serving column. 3 calories, 10g erythritol, 0.4g protein.
It’s correct. Don’t have too many or you’ll poop yourself lol
