Learning to love breakfast like I did before I developed an eating disorder. Here we have two warmed waffles (average brand, staying frugal) with frozen forest fruits and Greek yoghurt to make a sorbet like mix and a sprinkling of chocolate muesli.
Low blood sugar means I need some complex carbs to prevent a crash before lunch so waffles were my choice. Best option in my opinion.
