Grilled Shrimp Caesar Salad

Croutons: Baugette olive oil garlic and Cavender’s All Purpose Greek seasoning seasoning
(Season and bake at 400F until crispy)

Caesar Salad Dressing:
1/2 cup mayo
1 tbsp anchovy paste (or freshly diced/minced)
3 tbsps olive oil
3tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp dijon mustard
AP seasoning to taste or salt and pepper
Romaine Lettuce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Parmigiano Reggiano
Olive Oil
(Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined. Adjust the thickness of the dressing with olive oil if desired.)
Shrimp
(Shell and devein shrimp. Season shrimp with Uncle Steve’s Shake (Gator Shake) and grill 2-3 mins per side to an internal temperature of 145F. Remove from the grill and allow shrimp before placing on salad.)
Assemble salad by drizzling the desired amount of Caesar dressing into a salad bowl. Add chopped romaine lettuce and toss in the dressing. Place dressed salad onto a serving platter. Add grilled shrimp, croutons and shredded parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy.

  2. I did that one time with a chuck roast. My electric temperature gauge alert saved me…lol! I almost didn’t use it but something you better use it today 😂😂 I love a Cesar salad!! Shrimp is my healthy-ish go to.

  3. Bro…those croutons were welllllllll done lol 😂😂. But on a serious note that weber don't play when the lid is off those coals will blaze in no time. I know I'll make my mistake sometime I just hope it's something cheap like croutons 😂😂. Man don't you know shrimps is an endangered species lol 😂😂😂….I'm allergic 😂😂 so I'll settle for chicken chunks.   5. Good job as usual man, Caesar salad is my fav as well. Homemade croutons are a quality move. Store bought are like eating Styrofoam cubes. Your shrimp add is a good move. Our favorite is to top with fried calamari….give it a try some time.

  7. Salad with protein is the only way to eat a salad! I had my "oopsie lid moment" when I first started my BBQ journey. It wasn't something as innocent as croutons though. It was an expensive slab of ribs from a butcher shop! Needless to say, that's a mistake you only make once! 🤣

  8. Like you, I LOVE a Caesar salad and I order one whenever available. Looking forward to to trying your recipes – only difference is that I don’t really care for having extra Parmesan sprinkled on top, it just doesn’t appeal to me.

  9. Been there and done that, All I use is kettles, so I know all about that cracked lid, lol! I often leave mistakes in my videos and talk about it. People seem to appreciate the honesty. Never thought of making croutons from scratch. I'll have to try that one.

  10. Sorry for the cap lock. What size of shrimp do you prefer? I have lots of sizes available to me here all up to the prawns.

  11. There should also be another vein on the inside of the shrimp : meaning that there’s veins on both sides. This is why a lot of folks butterfly them on both sides.
