Found it at Mariano’s. I was worried it was just going to be branding/hype, but this bronze cut penne really made a difference and IMO was worth the extra few dollars. Not posting pics of what I made since I know home cooking is against the rules here, but I used it in a Caprese pasta with veggies from the Logan Square farmers market, it was awesome.
