Premium Italian food brand Sunday Supper has launched a new line called The Singles, consisting of plant-based Italian entrées in convenient single-serve portions.
The restaurant-quality range features the brand’s popular Italian Sausage Lasagna and Three Cheeses Lasagna, now available in individual servings. It also includes two new dishes — Fusi alla Vodka, featuring al dente fusilli pasta in a creamy vodka sauce, and gluten-free Eggplant Parm, made with breaded eggplant slices layered with marinara sauce and béchamel-style plant-based cheese.
With the launch of the line, Sunday Supper has entered into two new collaborations; Elmhurst 1925’s oat milk is used in the Fusi alla Vodka and Eggplant Parm, while Abbott’s plant protein is featured in the single-serve Italian Sausage Lasagna.
“The launch of The Singles marks a new chapter for the brand,” said Sunday Supper founder and Chief Product Officer Richard Klein. “By introducing new serving sizes, we’re creating even more ways to bring everyone to the table to enjoy restaurant-quality Italian classics. We’re especially excited to introduce our first gluten-free entrée with our new Eggplant Parm.”

“Shaking up the grocery freezer”
The new line joins Sunday Supper’s existing range, which features family-sized Italian Sausage and Three Cheeses lasagnas along with plant-based mozzarella sticks.
Earlier this year, Sunday Supper announced an expansion of its executive team with the appointment of Spencer Oberg as CEO and Matt Williams as Head of Sales. The brand also launched a $2.5 million seed funding round, with the aim of strengthening its position in the plant-based food sector and driving further retail growth.
“I’m so proud to continue to shake up the grocery freezer,” said Oberg. “Our meals make it easy to enjoy indulgent, delicious Italian classics with ingredients you can feel good about and tastes people crave. The Singles provide even more options for discriminating foodies, and plant-based or dairy-free diners.”
The new line is now available from Sunday Supper’s website and will soon launch at grocers US-wide, including Fresh Direct, Bristol Farms, New Seasons, Earth Fare, MOMs, and BESTIES Vegan Paradise.
