   Bisque is my preferred seafood soup base. I’ve tried chowder, and I’ve tried cioppino. Bisque is the way. Add whatever seafood you want.

   Bisque is what you make after having a Lobster Dinner… a Lobster Stew or Chowder is when you are trying to stretch two lobsters among 6-8ppl.

   Boulliobase/Cioppino is when you have bits and pieces of a lot of seafood…

    i bought some premade lobster bisque yesterday, but added some bay scallops and chopped onion to the pot first to cook.
