posting for a friend who felt enlightened and inspired after I had shown them this subreddit at work last night. Their only critique was that the GF bread doesn’t grill as well 🙁

If you have a whole foods near you, their 365 brand of gf bread is my absolute favorite for grilled cheese (coming from a celiac)
