Nice thick pork chop from Tesco, marinated in garlic and roasmary, and pan fried with a few fennel seeds. White wine reduction .Topped with fried red onions. Green beans dressed in truffle oil and some panzanella on the side. Lovely hot weather Sunday dinner.
