I love this spot in Chef’s Hall. It’s not “the best” but then again what is. It is definitely a relatively consistent and reliable spot. The shredded chicken on the inside is dry at times but the copious amount of bight salsa verde helps out. The crème and…I want to say cotija cheese…adds creaminess. Make sure to ask for some hot sauce. The heat helps round everything out.

the ones at El Hijo de Tizoc are the best i’ve had in the city (sorry for the shitty picture), but you should try if you really like enchiladas.
