Imagine having this as your delivery instructions and still not getting your pods for the second order in a row
Anyone else in CA fed up with Jitsu? They are horrible. I have the clearest instructions ever, complete with pictures, and this is the second time they’ve screwed up.

They once shoved a package of mine inside a bush no where near the address I live at.
They do not know how to deliver to anything that’s not a traditional house on a standard street.

Yep! They’re the worst. My last two orders ended up at my apartment gym (they didn’t even try to go into my community). Anyone could have taken them. I go to my boutique now, or order to a friend’s house. It’s very frustrating.

They just failed to deliver an order recently for me too. Lol

So you think it’s Nespresso? Not your local carrier? Because I have never had any delivery issues ordering from Woot and directly from Nespresso. 20 times from Woot. 8 times from Nespresso.

I stopped ordering from Nespresso cause they use trash third party type delivery services, like DHL here in the states, and so many times I didn’t get my package even though those assholes claimed they delivered it! Now I order off Amazon or just go to the store and pick it up. Why can’t they use normal carriers like every other company?!

A lot of delivery drivers mark packages as undeliverable if there’s anything like a code or excess instructions to get into a building or residence. They’re on a time limit and some barely get 30 seconds to deliver a package before the system automatically penalises their performance.
Independent contract couriers are paid per parcel delivered so likely won’t try hard enough to deliver anything that can’t be left on a doorstop since it’s less money for their time.

Gojitsu uses “independent contractors”, meaning most anyone can get the job if they accept the pay. That generally doesn’t get you conscientious workers. It’s literally piece work. They use their personal vehicles. Riding the elevator cuts into their pay.
This happens with other and better services when they have to use temps. USPS here sometimes recruits sorters and such from other offices to do extra deliveries. They make little effort and often don’t know the area. Plus, they won’t be around the next day to deal with it. Your driver got paid just as much for the “attempt” as for a success.
Even Amazon whose driver are usually quite good, sometimes mess up here because they use an app and they have their head down to their phone which maps us to the far end of a long drive where there’s a locked gate, and they drive right past the big delivery box with bright signs that just inside the entrance.
It’s even possible that you fell foul of something like what USPS did to me. For a time, they did a lot of Amazon delivery. Under the contract, they agreed to meet the delivery window conditions. It apparently became clear to the delivery manager, whose pay likely depends on meeting conditions, that they were not going to get the package delivered in time. So the tagged it Failed Delivery – Box Blocked. This is a rural box on the edge of a highway, and it can’t be “blocked.” But if they’re physically unable to meet the contract, they get a pass. I had a talk with the manager and postmaster about how the Postal Inspector Service might take an interest in internal fraud, and it’s never happened again. Looking on line, it seems it a common ploy.

I always got mine through UPS, but my order today was through jitsu. They kept spamming me with texts to fix my address number, but it’s on my address just fine.

Nespresso is using a different company here and apparently doesn’t pass on any of the delivery instructions ? So thats cool. Absolutely useless. Been waiting a few days already and maybe they will redeliver it ? Who knows.

I HATE Jitsu!! I called them in a Saturday and the rep was nice and said she updated my delivery address bc it was wrong then comes Monday, they email me saying the package is “missing”. I had to contact nespresso again so they could send out another!

It’s because the delivery address is blurred so they can’t see it
