How to Increase Friendship With the Giant - Grow a Garden Guide

Increasing your friendship with the Giant in Grow a Garden will help you gain access to a new shop. This is why it’s important to understand how you can increase that meter above their head, raising your friendship level to unlock new items. How to Increase Friendship With the Giant in Grow a Garden

Before you can become friends with the Giant, you’ll need to know two things. First, it revolves around cooking meals, which means you’ll need to get a Cooking Kit. And second, you’ll need to understand how to grow the Beanstalk because the Giant is all the way above the island.

Once you’ve grown the Beanstalk, you’ll be able to give the Giant food you’ve cooked to increase your friendship with them. This event/quest works similar to the Cooking Event making food for the pig chef, Chris P. The rarity of the meal you give to the Giant seems to impact how many points you’ll get toward increasing your friendship level.

For example, I gave him a Prismatic Sushi that contributed eight points. Whereas a Rare Soup only contributed four points to the friendship level. This is why you should take a look at the Cooking Recipes List so you can make the best foods to increase your friendship quicker.

As you reach new levels, you’ll unlock the new shop tab in Goliath’s Goods. Here you can buy a variety of items like seeds, furniture, a pet shard, and even a pet.
