Not a super big deal because I know the recipes are in the app but this is the 3rd week in a row since they changed the look of the recipe cards that I received the wrong cards. This week I received 2 of the same cards and 1 card for a meal I didn’t even order lmao

    I got a wrong card last week. I’ve been a customer since 2019 and have only got a wrong card maybe on one other occasion

  3. My conspiracy theory is they’re prepping us to need to use the app for recipe instructions. We’ve been missing 1 recipe card every week for 6 weeks now. And with all the changes, it feels like that’s next

    Yup. Helps understand that the specific colors and numbers for recipes, the layouts of the cards, as well as stuff like the colors/ visual aids of the meat packages (poultry had green shades, pork was shades of pink, and they all had animal pictures, before they changed them all to a very similar style and color)– were for the employees’ benefit rather than customer. Many don’t read English and rely on the visual cues.
    The recipe card pickers HATE these changes. They make it functionally impossible to maintain. That tiny strip of color was crucial. Whoever made that change is obviously in an office somewhere, having never worked at a distribution center.
