Bought this at HMart assuming I could eat as is but someone is telling me I’m supposed to cook it. Anyone know for sure one way or another?

Had this exact one earlier this year! It’s already cooked and marinated. You can mix a spoonful of it with your rice and can enjoy the mixed rice for like 2-3 spoons. It depends how much you like your clam and rice ratio.
You can just eat it as banchan (a spoon of rice and grab a couple of clams), but I learned the best way to enjoy it is to mix it with your rice. Google Kkomak-bibimbap (cockle mixed rice) for more info.

If it were me, I wouldn’t.

I’d just stir fry that with some rice and veg and have it in a ‘ssam’ with perilla leaves and mayo.

I’ll eat with rice or bread or lettuce wrap with kimchi

  14. Make a bibimbap with this, it’s fine to add some kochujang

It’s already fully cooked so you don’t need any extra cooking processes. You can make some Bibimbap with it. Put it on rice, add some vegetables such as chopped lettuce, chive, perilla leaves or water parsley. Drop some sesame oil and mix all of them together. If you like it you can add a little bit of Gochujang as an extra ingredient.
