First year growing, and super happy with what everyone here has helped me create. Gonna try a smoked chocolate reaper, mango hot sauce.

    had a co-worker some some super hots and deal them out to us various worker friends. I got a ziplock bag with 2 smoked ones and gatt dam they were DELICIOUSLY HOT.

    Smoking is definitely the pinnacle of flavor town for these little devils.

    Smoked Cherry Almond, thats the flavor I got before the heat overwhelmed me.

    When I cold smoke Chillies I always split them in half first.

    Just something for you to try if its not to late.

  3. Oh interesting! I’ve got a smoke gun which I use on food. What’s your technique for chilies? How long do you do it? For? What kind of wood chips will you use? And do you just do it inside a Ziploc bag and leave it to sit?

    When mine was ready earlier this year, I made a chocolate and berry sauce. So good if you lean into the chocness!
