

Lunch is RecipeTin eats’ Thai sweet chilli beef bowls with shredded cabbage and carrot added.
Breakfast is spinach and feta frittata. Every week I make the roughly the same frittata with a different vegetable added.
Approx 10 eggs, half cup of milk, one 180g block feta, one box of chopped frozen spinach. Mix up and bake. This week’s addition was roast pumpkin
